As a customer service agent, you are the first impression of a passenger's airport experience. Your responsibilities include checking in and ticketing passengers, escorting passengers to and from aircraft, and resolving customer complaints. Proficient computer skills and excellent customer service are required. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with time constraints to meet departure schedules. Maintaining a professional and positive image is essential.

• Greet and assist customers promptly, friendly, and courteously both in person and over the phone.
• Announce incoming and outgoing flights.
• Handle credit card and check transactions accurately, including proper accounting and airline close-out procedures.
• Accept and process checked baggage up to 100 lbs., placing items on conveyor belts.
• Operate jetways to position them for aircraft, and open, close, and secure aircraft doors.
• Use airline computer systems for flight information, ticketing, baggage, and cargo tracking.
• Stand and work in one location for up to four hours.
• Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers within the airport.
• Work independently without direct supervision.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience with attention to detail.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Occasionally lift bags or items weighing 50-70 pounds.
• Pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including fingerprinting and criminal record check.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
