Position Summary

Design print and digital graphic applications for marketing, product, internal communications and corporate identity. This position may include production and prepress responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and edit still images and visual assets for digital content
  • Develop templates for content in Canva
  • Use templates to create customized distributor/broker printed marketing pieces
  • Designing layouts and visual hierarchies to present digital content effectively
  • Create and develop multimedia (video and motion graphic design) assets for NCCO
  • Learn metadata structure of NCCO DAM to utilize and maintain asset collections
  • Learn and support GS1 Image production, naming and asset management
  • Ensure consistent branding and visual style across projects using branding and visual identity guidelines
  • Must meet multiple deadlines per week, delivering high-quality work
  • Troubleshooting technical issues during production (print & digital)
  • Provide revisions based on feedback
  • Adapt digital content for different audiences and platforms
  • Retouching and enhancing photos for use in digital content and video

Required

  • Expertise in motion graphics tools (After Effects)
  • Animation and storytelling skills
  • Understanding of video editing principles (Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with visual effects (VFX) and compositing
  • Ability to create motion graphics for various formats (social media, email, web, video signage)
  • Proficiency in storyboarding and concept development
  • 3-5 years working with Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Design, layout and typographic skills
  • Ability to optimize creative assets for both print and web environments
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
  • Time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience in B2B and B2C creative environments
  • Experience with motion graphics
  • Experience with video editing
  • Experience with email systems and website platforms
