A global data center developer/operator is seeking a senior construction executive to lead the delivery of a hyperscale greenfield data center campus. This role is designed for a leader with full end‑to‑end ownership, spanning early pre‑construction and entitlement support through construction, commissioning, and customer turnover.

The Role

As Vice President of Construction, you will serve as the onsite executive owner for a multi‑building, multi‑billion‑dollar hyperscale campus, setting delivery strategy, owning execution, and building scalable construction organizations. You will partner closely with Development, Engineering, Finance, and hyperscale customers to deliver speed‑to‑market, cost certainty, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle delivery of a hyperscale greenfield campus from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover

• Own execution of multi‑building, multi‑billion‑dollar programs

• Build, lead, and mentor onsite teams of Directors, Senior Project Managers, and site leadership

• Drive preconstruction strategy including constructability, cost modeling, and phasing

• Provide executive oversight of CSA, MEP, and mission‑critical systems

• Manage EPC/GC and trade partner performance onsite

• Partner with Finance and Development on capital planning, risk management, and execution

• Serve as senior onsite interface with hyperscale customers and key stakeholders

Ideal Background

• 15+ years of construction leadership, including delivery of hyperscale greenfield data center campuses

• Demonstrated ownership from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover

• Deep mission‑critical CSA and MEP expertise

• Experience managing $1B+ capital programs and large onsite teams

• Executive‑level leadership presence and stakeholder credibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
