INDUSTRIALFIELD ENGINEER
The primary role of the Field Engineer is to assist the onsite Superintendent and/or Foreman with a variety of tasks in support of project execution. In this role, the Field Engineer will learn foundational principles and processes of building construction which will serve as a gateway to a career path in either Field Operations or Project Management.
QUALIFICATIONS Required- Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field experience.
- Some Internship, education or field experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Demonstrated experience initiating and driving continuous improvement
- Current OSHA 30 certification
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within time constraints
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service mindset with a consistently professional demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and remain diplomatic in all situations
- Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information

Office: Various jobsites and/or corporate/regional office.
Travel: Ability to travel or relocate to project assignments (12-24 months).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS- Assist with quantity tracking and verification
- Track and monitor material inventory on the project site
- Support building layout and survey activities
- Assist with the organization, storage, and maintenance of tools
- Coordinate material and equipment deliveries
- Assist in preparing Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Support subcontractor coordination and management
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings
- Assist with document control and maintain accurate as-built documentation
- Conduct site safety audits and participate in site safety meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely daily logs
- Participate as an active member of the project team. Contribute to shared goals and collaborate with colleagues on achievement of priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to align efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate tenant move‑ins and move‑outs
- Maintain accurate tenant and vendor files
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Demonstrates working knowledge of construction means, methods, materials, and sequencing. Understands basic surveying, layout, and constructability principles. Applies foundational knowledge of safety standards and jobsite protocols.
Project Documentation & ControlsAccurately supports quantity tracking, material inventory, and daily logs. Assists with preparation and tracking of RFIs, submittals, and as‑built documentation. Maintains organized, accurate, and timely project records.
Field Coordination & SupportSupports coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries. Assists Superintendent and Foreman with daily jobsite activities and issue resolution. Participates effectively in coordination meetings and jobsite communications.
Safety & Risk AwarenessDemonstrates understanding of OSHA standards and company safety requirements. Conducts site…
