Business Development Representative

One Tech is seeking a client-focused, motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The Business Development Representative will play a key role in building new client relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, and contributing directly to the company’s continued growth and market presence.

One Tech Engineering is continuing its strong growth trajectory and expanding our business development team. Over the past two decades, we have built a solid reputation as a trusted staffing partner by consistently delivering high-quality talent, maintaining long-term client relationships, and driving measurable results for the organizations we serve.

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through strategic outreach and networking
• Secure meetings with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage client expectations
• Partner with recruiters to align job requirements and delivery timelines
• Track activity and manage pipeline in CRM to drive revenue growth.

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of motivation, competitiveness, and drive to meet performance goals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Internship, campus leadership, or sales experience
• Exposure to staffing, recruiting, or B2B environments
