Wages$70,000 annual salary

This is a regular, full‑time position that includes a typical M‑F schedule from 10am‑6pm and may include some evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
Job SummaryWalker West is hiring a Student Services Operations Manager to focus on leveraging technology to optimize student service delivery within Walker West. This role will hold primary responsibility for the strategic deployment and administration of the Student Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and related technologies and serve as the key technical and financial liaison.
Responsibilities- Serving as the primary CRM System Administrator and System Owner for Student Services.
- Automating workflows to accurately and efficiently record and monitor student data, such as registration status, financial aid eligibility, and disbursement progress.
- Designing, building, and maintaining complex reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service performance, non‑profit impact metrics, financial reconciliation, and student progression.
- Developing and enforcing data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of all student, family, financial, and registration data across integrated systems.
- Approving bi‑weekly payroll for all direct reports and verifying hours worked by faculty members for compensation processing.
- Overseeing technical training for the team on compliant registration procedures, accurate financial assistance tracking protocols, and communication logging.
- Evaluating and documenting team performance based on adherence to data entry standards, correct processing of registration and financial aid workflows, and compliance with institutional policies.
- Overseeing and managing the technology that drives the student and family registration process, ensuring a streamlined and technically sound experience from inquiry to enrollment.
- Serving as the functional expert in tracking and documenting student and family eligibility for various aid programs, ensuring all steps are recorded in the CRM for compliance and service follow‑up.
- Overseeing the systems for processing student services payments and creating accurate invoices in conjunction with the Finance team.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between Student Services and Finance for reconciliation, payment troubleshooting, and aligning registration and aid tracking with the institution's financial ledger.
- Overseeing the integrity of data flow between the CRM, Student Information System (SIS), financial system, and UKG Workforce Management, with an emphasis on registration and financial aid data synchronization.
