CompensationOverview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

As a Sr Consultant of Benefits, you will be responsible for the coordination of retirement, wellness, and/or healthcare plans, programs, and initiatives for Canada.
What Will You Do?- Involved in issue/escalation resolution within assigned program(s).
- May manage services provided by outside benefit plan vendors.
- Respond to escalated cases from Employee Services Unit.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements of benefits policies and procedures.
- May review provided medical documentation to evaluate and determine approval period for family medical leave requests.
- Coordinate communications updates to support programs across department.
- May lead departmental projects, as needed.
- Assist in formalizing recommendations for Senior Management.
- Create detailed reports and presentations of benefits programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
