Position Summary
As a strategic Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s success by driving cost optimization, fostering innovation, and ensuring sustainable sourcing practices. This position is not just about purchasing – it’s about influencing profitability, building resilient supply chains, ensuring contract terms align with company goals and enabling long‑term growth.
Essential Functions- Develop forward-thinking procurement strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and strategic partnerships.
- Contract negotiations for major vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain procurement policies throughout the organization.
- Analyze market trends to anticipate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure purchasing policies align with sustainability initiatives and ethical sourcing practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate procurement into business growth plans.
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes for efficiency and transparency.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field preferred and/or
- Minimum 5 years’ progressive leadership experience in strategic procurement / supply change management.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
- Expertise in sustainability and risk management practices.
- Visionary thinker who can inspire and align teams.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Financial acumen and cost optimization expertise.
- Proficiency in procurement technology and digital tools
Annual salary range DOQ: $90, - 160,000
