Materials Data Administrator
Position Summary:
The Materials Data Administrator will play a key role in supporting our materials department. They will be responsible for ensuring data integrity to support procurement, inventory, production, and supply chain activities. The right person for this role will be self-motivated, tech savvy and enjoy working in a challenging and fun work environment.
Location:
IN PERSON/ ON SITE, Mendota Heights, Minnesota, U.S. (Saint Paul, MN 55120)
Work Schedule:
Seasonal / Year-Round to be considered
Requirements:
All candidates are required to pass a thorough Background Check, Physical and Drug Test. References will also be checked.
- Be the main support to our materials department when it comes to data, reporting, troubleshooting, and even problem-solving.
- Organize and maintain material records.
- Assign revenue to internal and external material transactions.
- Track material purchases, transfers & inventory.
- Collect, input, and maintain structured and unstructured data in a variety of different databases and / or software (both data entry and manipulation).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality checks.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and migration processes.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure compliance with data security standards.
- Create and update documentation on data processes and workflows.
- Assist with other special projects or implementations, as needed.
- Assist with answering phone calls throughout the day.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (highly preferred)
- Technical
Skills:- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Programs (SharePoint, TEAMS, Outlook, etc.)

- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large data sets and maintain data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

- half day increments for salaried employees
- hourly increments for hourly employees
