SalesCoordinator – Summary
The Sales Coordinator position is responsible for sales analysis, tracking, recapping and reporting of sales data and goals for the sales teams and managers. The role requires proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs, enables the creation of sales tools and presentations, and coordinates all aspects of sales meetings. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and support the sales organization with administrative duties.
Job Duties- Maintain all aspects of pricing on a monthly basis, including maintenance and price books
- Collaborate with sales managers to create marketing and programming sheets for sales tools
- Track performance‑based sales quotas and incentives using Excel
- Coordinate all aspects of monthly sales meetings
- Create and recap sales reports on a recurring basis to sales managers
- Generate various sales analysis reporting as directed by sales managers
- Support sales teams and managers with sales administrative duties as needed
- Interact positively with internal and external individuals across all levels of the sales organization
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team; be self‑motivated and self‑starter
- Learn new programs quickly, train others, and utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems
- Multi‑task, prioritize, and complete requests and assignments in a timely manner under pressure with short deadlines
- Handle change in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility and adapt to interruptions and shifting priorities
- Analyze data, interpret results, and provide regular reports to executives, sales and marketing teams
- Collaborate with management to create marketing materials, programming, supplier business reviews, and selling documentation using data analytics
- Drive successful business outcomes by performing and delivering analysis of sales performance, profitability, and identifying brand, market, channel, and customer opportunities with actionable recommendations
- Develop trend‑based revenue and spend forecasts, including key drivers of performance, to aid leadership with strategic decision‑making
- Analyse gross profit and identify areas of opportunity across multiple divisions of business
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and act as the primary point of contact for training and questions on reporting systems
- Other duties as assigned
- 3+ years experience as a consumer products sales assistant
- Associate’s degree (preferred)
- Previous experience with data and pricing analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) – high proficiency in Excel is a must
- AS400 experience (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The expected pay range for this role is $17.21 - $28.00. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, labor markets, education, experience, certifications, etc. Johnson Brothers offers eligible team members and their dependents comprehensive health benefits and programs, which include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts.
