Essential Duties
- Create, maintain, and update the master production and service schedule to support on-time delivery
- Monitor schedules daily and make real-time adjustments to address workflow changes or unplanned downtime
- Communicate production status regularly to ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned
- Review sales orders and project documentation to understand scope, requirements, and estimated labor hours
- Coordinate and schedule work with appropriate departments to ensure efficient project completion
- Prepare production reports, track progress, and update project status in ERP or scheduling systems
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the production team by communicating start dates, progress updates, and delivery or pickup schedules
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and pickup logistics, including scheduling drivers as needed
- Create customer invoices for service appointments
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Minimum of two years of experience in production scheduling, inventory management, or a similar manufacturing or job shop environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly for data analysis and scheduling
- Experience working with ERP or scheduling systems
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage changing priorities and unexpected disruptions
- Excellent customer service skills, both in person and through phone and email communication
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments and update stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel or similar tools
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally.
- Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
$21.78 - $32.50 per hour, DOE
