$20–$25/hour depending on experience

The RoleThe Scheduling & Care Coordinator is the first line of reliability and care for our clients.
You will answer incoming calls, respond to leads, manage scheduling and rescheduling, and coordinate clearly between clients and our cleaning team. Your job is to protect the calendar, protect the staff’s time, and protect the client experience. This role is steady, structured, and people-centered. It requires warmth, efficiency, and strong communication.
What You’ll Do- Answer phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Respond to new leads promptly
- Schedule and reschedule cleans with accuracy
- Coordinate calendar details between clients and cleaners
- Communicate clearly inside Slack and
- Support operational flow with calm and consistency
- Over time, there may be opportunity to support billing oversight.
