Administrative Assistant for Camp Summer Program - Elementary School
Salary Range/Hourly Rate:
Level VII per the clerical contract or current hourly rate of pay.
Closing Date:
Candidates will be reviewed upon submission with selection starting no sooner than five days following the posting. First review will occur on February 23rd.
Start Date:
June 2026. Program Starts July 6-30. Some preparation hours may be required.
Work week: 7 hours/day, Monday-Thursday, July 6-30th with some preparation hours possible as delegated by Site Coordinator.
Professional Development and set-up week will be the week of June 23rd.
Student Level: Elementary School
Position SummaryPerforms work including daily attendance, general bookkeeping duties, preparing correspondence, forms, reports, and spreadsheets; processing timesheets, answering phones and reception. Assist administration with coordination of substitutes, summer staffing, and transportation needs. Assist with security duties including issue key cards, and other duties as assigned.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED and moderate experience working in a clerical position, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with technology is preferred.
Special RequirementsProficiency in the use of Synergy and Student Plans.
