A company is looking for a Tax and Accounting Manager for a remote, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and business entities Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services year-round Review work of junior team members and offer mentorship and training
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years in public accounting or a similar tax and advisory role 10 or more successful tax seasons preparing individual and business returns 2 or more years of experience reviewing and coaching staff in a public accounting environment CPA or EA designation is required
