As an accountant, you will be responsible for the financial accounting & controls for the business. the primary responsibilities of the role will include facilitating the monthly close process and ensuring the proper maintenance of accounting controls and processes.
* This role will be Hybrid (2-days a week in office) and it is required that you are located within 50 miles of our Corporate Offices in either Mendota Heights, MN or Loveland, CO. In-person attendance is expected to foster collaboration, innovation, and team connection.
** Essential Functions*

+ Support monthly accounting close process for the business.
+ Prepare key accounting analyses and related journal entries, account reconciliations and management reports.
+ Preparations of financial statistics and information at appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly intervals
+ Support business projects from an accounting and control perspective
+ Support a strong control environment. Hold self and others accountable for continuous improvement for internal controls.
** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
+ 1-5 years of experience in public accounting or relevant industry experience
+ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to apply them to recurring transactions
+ Excellent prioritization & organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
+ Verbal & written communication skills that provide direct, succinct messages and can be understood by financial and non-financial business partners
+ Ability to identify areas of improvement and work with management to optimize processes
+ Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Previous experience with SAP
+ Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
The compensation range for this role is below.
$60,000 - $75,000

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.
$60,400.00 - $78,533.33
