Bookkeeper

Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper with a background in accounting, who is fond of group work and enjoys relating to other people. Major responsibilities

- Conduct and manage the general ledger

- Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

- Support quality archived records by filing documents

- Settle accounts by reconciling entries

- Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts

- Review payments received and record deposits

- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Requirements

- Prior experience working with collections/accounting software

- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

- Experience with payroll

- Solid understanding of Quick Books Online

- Expertise in ADP

- Deep understanding of accounts payable

- Foundational knowledge in accounts receivable
