Compensation: $90K–$100K + Relocation Assistance

Location: Northeast Metro (Onsite, Relocation Available)

What You’ll Do

• Manage journal entries and assist with timely month-end close activities
• Process and reconcile commissions and other recurring transactions
• Prepare detailed account reconciliations and support balance sheet accuracy
• Ensure financial reports are accurate and comply with GAAP and internal policies
• Partner with team members across multiple locations to drive process improvements
• Support audit preparation and documentation to maintain strong controls

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of general accounting experience—manufacturing background a plus but not required
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in an ERP system and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Collaborative team player who enjoys contributing ideas and driving efficiency
