Praia Health is hiring a Travel Nurse - Rehabilitation to serve our Rehabilitation Unit in Saint Matthews, KY.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate patient care to individuals recovering from illness or injury
- Assess patient conditions and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on recovery processes and health management
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
