Overview
American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in St. Marys, Ohio.
American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN with pediatric experience and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications for a day shift position.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital Medical Surgical unit
- Must care for both adult and pediatric patients
- Day shift hours, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week
- Required to work every other weekend
- No on-call responsibilities
- Floating required to Step Down unit as needed
- EMR system used is Allscripts
- First time travelers are welcome to apply
- Block scheduling may be discussed during interview
- Active OH or compact RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required prior to start
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required
- Pediatric experience required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility
- No local candidates permitted
- Copy of driver's license and social security card required
