CNC Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented CNC Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. This position is for 3r d shift , but the selected candidate will train on 1st shift before moving to their regular schedule. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, good problem‑solving skills, and the ability to produce high‑quality parts consistently.

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to work orders, prints, and specifications
• Load raw materials, perform machine offsets, and adjust tooling as needed
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production run
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Maintain accurate documentation for production, inspections, and machine adjustments
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
• Troubleshoot minor issues and notify supervisors or maintenance when needed
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Work collaboratively with leads and team members to ensure efficient production flow

• Previous CNC operating experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and measurement tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs as required
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd
