Wonderful opportunity for a Licensed Speech Pathologist or CFY candidate to join an exceptional healthcare system with locations throughout West, Ohio. Our healthcare system treats patients within our skilled nursing, assisted living and rehabilitation facilities. We seek a permanent SPL to join our medical staff and treat our patients in any one of our clinical settings. Our organization is solid and has an excellent reputation.

Ideal for a SPL seeking a flex daytime schedule.

• Role reports to a Director of Rehabilitation and works with nursing assistants on the restorative programs.
• Coordinates patient care with members of the rehab department.

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio upon start date; will also consider a CFY new grad seeking mentorship.
• Master’s degree from an approved program of speech, hearing science and language development.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Additional certifications may include Vital Stem, SEES, Big and Loud (eligible for additional compensation).

• Compensation range up to $95,000 depending on experience, plus signing/relocation incentives.
• 3 weeks of PTO and federal holidays.
• Additional compensation for candidates holding certifications.
