- Daily review, coordination, and inspection of receiving activities.
- Maintain an open channel of communication with the receiving team and other departments.
- Transfer goods to the warehouse or picking location.
- Transfer goods from receiving to QA for inspection.
- Receive and sort all daily inbound Vantage goods.
- Maintain records of receiving documentation.
- Process and provide reports to the receiving department regarding any damages to racks, equipment maintenance, and/or any other safety hazards.
- Perform loading and unloading of products/goods into trucks following safety protocols.
- Stack empty pallets following safety protocols.
- Identify and monitor any damaged goods or any other receiving discrepancies and/or reporting.
- Picking and warehouse maintenance to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure forklift and/or any other machinery safety compliance are met.
- Ensure safety compliance regulations and company safety policies are adhered to within the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and numerical statistics
- Multi‑task oriented with the ability to handle many activities simultaneously
- Minimum education required is a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds
