Your Role ResponsibilitiesThe Distribution Associate 2 supports safe, accurate, and on‑time warehouse execution by performing core distribution activities such as receiving, put‑away, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and inventory control. This role follows standard work procedures, maintains high transaction accuracy, and supports continuous improvement and quality compliance requirements where applicable. Key responsibilities include the following:
- Pick, pack, stage, and ship orders accurately and safely
- Receive materials, complete put‑away, and perform replenishment to support outbound flow
- Execute RF/WMS transactions correctly (moves, confirmations, inventory adjustments as assigned)
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives
- Identify and escalation of exceptions (shorts, damages, wrong labels, mismatched quantities, system issues)
- Follow SOPs for labeling, packaging, documentation, and material handling
- Maintain housekeeping standards and support 5S/6S expectations
- Coordinate with teammates and leads to meet daily service and productivity targets
- Support onboarding and cross‑training as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment utilizing WMS software and RF scanning technology
- Ability to work in a physically active role (standing/walking, lifting, PPE)
- Flexible working in cold‑room settings depending on the day's workflow
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in regulated distribution (life science/pharma/medical device)
- Experience with SAP EWM/TM or similar WMS/TMS
- Experience with continuous improvement practices (5S/6S, standard work)
Pay Range for this position: $19.00 - $30.00/Hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job‑related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance‑based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
