Fulfillment Specialist – Mission-Driven Nonprofit

Pay: $18/hour

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Days Off: Sunday, Monday, and Holidays

Location: In-person — 5234 Oakland Ave, St. Louis, MO (near Forest Park)

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
• Prepare product to quality-control standards (handmade goods)
• Create shipments and arrange outgoing logistics via Fed Ex and other carriers
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and product organization
• Receive, count, scan, and put away inventory from incoming shipments/containers
• Move/handle inventory using pallet jack, dolly, etc.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and orderly
• Support volunteer teams during warehouse operations as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail (required)
• Comfortable using Windows-based computers
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hand dexterity for tagging/tying
• Able to stand, bend, and stoop for 6–8 hours/day
• Able to lift/handle up to 45 lbs
• Warehouse/fulfillment/shipping experience a plus (training provided)
