We are seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate II to join our team. In this role, you will own a variety of material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customer orders, inventory checks, and operating forklift equipment.

• Perform a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.

• Execute warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays, moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conducting daily cycle counts.
• Perform receiving duties including receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments and stock material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips when necessary.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety rules and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and incidents to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Three or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Basic math skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

• Regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
• Required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• May sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear; vision required includes close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
