Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Shift time: Mon-Fri, 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Prior warehouse experience.
  • This position involves warehousing operations encompassing several functions.
  • Material handling functions include dock operations, movement, storage, tracking, and pulling and locating chemicals and packaging components.
  • The receiving function processes incoming material and loads data into SAP. Initial acknowledgment of material is also performed here.
  • Component order processing, tracking, activity reporting, inventory deductions, and deviation investigation are part of this function. Use of powered material handling equipment, including operator-up turret stock picker, is required. Safe handling of chemicals, supplies, and equipment while ensuring compliance with all regulations is expected.
  • Safety conscious of themselves and others.
  • High-quality work ethic.
  • Operation of powered material handling equipment.
  • Proper lifting techniques.
  • Math skills, including unit of measure conversion.
  • Data entry and updating using computers, scanning devices, and written logs.
