This is a full-time on-site position based in St. Louis, MO. The Carrier Sales role involves managing and coordinating freight brokerage operations by working with carrier partners, establishing and maintaining productive relationships. Daily tasks include negotiating rates, booking shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and communicating effectively with carriers and customers. The role also entails overseeing account management and identifying opportunities to enhance logistics solutions while meeting customer needs.

• Expertise in Freight Brokerage and understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with carriers, and internal teams.
• Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to provide outstanding support and address inquiries promptly.
• Experience in Account Management and building long-term business relationships.
• Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including negotiation and closing deals.
• Proficiency in using logistics and freight management software.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is beneficial.
