Description:

The Oberweis Dairy Wholesale Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering products to retail stores in their assigned territory. The candidate will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner, aiming at efficient and timely deliveries.

Rate of Pay
: 24-$25 per hour

Schedule
:
The Wholesale Delivery Driver must be able to work Monday – Friday. Looking for day and night time shifts.

General Responsibilities:

• Perform Pre-trip and post-trip inspections of delivery trucks to include basic preventive maintenance
• Safely Operate/Load/Unload 26ft Box Truck
• Prepare orders from load sheets and hand-held computers
• Daily paperwork completed for company deliveries and DOT regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, physical environment, ability to lead, inspire and engage a group of people in a positive and motivating fashion

Qualifications Required
:

• Valid CDL B with Air Brakes Endorsement
• Ability to pass and hold a New DOT Physical Fitness Card (upon hiring)
• Must pass MVR and Background Check
• Excellent communication skills
