Position Overview

Courier/Swing Driver (DOT-4) – TUESDAY to SATURDAY, VARIABLE SHIFTS. Operate company vehicles and provide efficient delivery and pickup of packages. Ensure shipments meet Fed Ex service standards and cover all assigned routes within the station's service area, while delivering excellent customer service.

• Operate company vehicles and deliver to customers.
• Check shipments for conformance to Fed Ex service requirements.
• Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station’s service area.
• Perform related customer service functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of courier experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the assigned service area.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment or assistance.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (per local and federal regulations).
• Medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.
• Neat appearance; meet federal motor carrier safety regulations.

• Experience delivering packages on variable shift schedules.
• Knowledge of first‑aid or emergency response procedures.

Pay: $22.30 per hour.
