Join a growing logistics team at TForce Freight, a leading less‑than‑truckload carrier and subsidiary of TFI International. We are looking for a reliable, safety‑first, customer‑focused individual to work full‑time as a Dockworker (no CDL required). In this role you will ensure freight is loaded safely and efficiently for on‑time delivery to our customers. Responsibilities include operating powered warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, hydraulic jacks, extended belts), using yard trucks to manage dock needs, and performing the safe operation of a tractor and trailer when required.

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Print BOL for daily deliveries.
• Process and palletize all damaged, penny, and RTV merchandise.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
• Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.

• Forklift operator certification.
• Impeccable customer service and dedication.
• Valid Class A CDL in the resident state with Hazmat, tanker, and doubles endorsements.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Meet all DOT and company requirements.
• Safety orientation and the ability to perform essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to self or co‑workers.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
