- Compensation:
- Class B: starting at $26.50/hr
- Class A: starting at $28.50/hr

- Schedule: Monday–Friday (40–50 hours per week), some Saturdays as required
- Start Time: 5 AM (route completion may take 10 to 12+ hours)

As a Field Service Technician (FST), you will support local customers in the restaurant, food service, industrial, and commercial sectors while being home every day. You’ll operate modern vacuum and tanker trucks, deliver professional service, and play a critical role in protecting public health and the environment.
What You’ll Do- Safely drive and operate vacuum or tanker trucks to service grease traps, used cooking oil bins, and liquid waste containers
- Complete assigned route, document service results, and return to the home terminal daily
- Maintain compliance with DOT, state laws, and company safety requirements
- Handle loading/unloading procedures to prevent spills and ensure clean, compliant service
- Represent Grease Masters professionally to customers and facility contacts
- Complete manifests, logs, bills of lading, and service records accurately
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, equipment readiness, and safety inspections
- Report equipment, route, or customer issues promptly to dispatch or management
- Work as a reliable team member and assist with operational duties as needed
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license
- Tanker endorsement and airbrake endorsement required at start
- Minimum of 1 year commercial (or military) driving experience
- Ability to lift 55 lbs or more
- No more than two moving violations in three years
- No more than one DOT‑recordable accident in three years
- DOT medical qualification required
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work early morning start times
- Vacuum truck experience and manual‑transmission (10‑speed) experience strongly preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must register with FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Local work — return home daily
