A youth sports organization is seeking Baseball Instructors and Officials for a weekend-only position. You will support volunteer coaches and ensure player development by demonstrating essential skills and values. Responsibilities include empowering coaches, enforcing sports rules, and providing a positive environment during games. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and weekend availability for approximately 6-7 weeks.
