Cardinal Ritter College Prep is seeking a passionate and committed Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach to support the head coach and contribute to the success and development of the volleyball program.

• Assist in organizing and executing practices, drills, and game plans.
• Provide instruction and feedback to student-athletes.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Monitor players’ academic and behavioral expectations.
• Help manage equipment, uniforms, and team communication.
• Fulfill duties assigned by the head coach and act as a leader when needed.

• Previous volleyball playing or coaching experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• MSHSAA certification or eligibility for certification.
• Availability for evening practices and weekend games.
