About the Role

In this role, you will consult on complex, large-scale initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering, focusing on advanced Generative AI solutions. You will analyze and resolve multi-faceted engineering challenges that require deep technical expertise and strategic thinking. This position involves collaboration with client stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet compliance and performance standards.
Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on complex software engineering projects with broad organizational impact.
• Review and analyze large-scale or long-term engineering challenges, considering multiple factors and unprecedented scenarios.
• Develop strategies and contribute to resolving intricate technical issues requiring a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
• Drive innovation in Generative AI applications and agent development.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent experience through a combination of:
  • Professional work or consulting
  • Training or education
  • Military experience
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Prompt Engineering
• Experience with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, ADK
• Knowledge of MCP, A2A
• Building and deploying Generative AI Agents
• Conducting evaluations of Generative AI models and systems
