We are seeking a talented full stack developer to join our innovative research and development team working at the intersection of technology and agriculture. In this role, you will design and build sophisticated software systems that control and interact with cutting‑edge automated machinery used in agricultural research. You will have the opportunity to work across the entire technology stack, from database architecture to user interfaces, while contributing to the product design process.
This position offers significant creative freedom and the chance to see your code directly impact real‑world agricultural research operations. You will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, including coding, debugging, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of automation systems that drive groundbreaking research initiatives.
- Develop and maintain full stack applications using Typescript, Node.js, and React
- Design and implement relational databases and write efficient SQL queries
- Create and maintain JSON APIs for system integration and data exchange
- Interface software systems with automated machinery and equipment
- Participate actively in product design discussions and specification development
- Debug complex issues across the technology stack
- Analyze test results and implement improvements based on findings
- Provide ongoing support and enhancement for production systems
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in both office and greenhouse environments
