Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Gen AI Engineer.

Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension

As a Gen AI Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and optimize GenAI-powered applications and agents using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and ADK.
• Build and enhance LLM-based workflows, tools, and automation pipelines, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to improve model outputs, reduce hallucinations, and optimize system behavior.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain GenAI agents capable of task orchestration, memory handling, retrieval, and tool execution.
• Integrate GenAI systems with enterprise platforms using MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication models.

• Prompt Engineering
• Experience with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, ADK
• Knowledge of MCP, A2A
• Building GenAI Agents
• GenAI Evaluations

• Ability to design, test, and refine prompts to optimize LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
• Hands‑on experience with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and ADK for building and orchestrating GenAI workflows and agents.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent‑to‑Agent communication) for integrating and coordinating AI systems.
• Strong understanding of building, deploying, and maintaining GenAI agents for automation and intelligent decision‑making.

Pay Range*: < $75 - $80 per hour>
