- Develop or prototype data management solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions and process flows in compliance with standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Identify, assess, and formulate architectural impacts and solutions derived from business requirements.
- Collaborate to ensure application designs use appropriate patterns and standards.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, including workload estimation.
- Collaborate with Application Solution Architects, IS Business Analysts, and other technical resources on application functionality delivery.
- Participate in tier 3 application support activities including incident management and deployment of application upgrades and patches.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Perform required duties with a high level of autonomy, synchronizing with product owner and manager on any gaps or process changes.
- Hands‑on training on enrollment applications within the vendor suite; test automation experience with the applicable app stack is required.
- Background in Medicaid and Medicare enrollment is essential; prior Tri Zetto (EAM/TCS/Facets) experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare and QA experience.
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace enrollment.
- Experience with Tri Zetto Suite (Elements – FRM/EAM/DLM Framework/TCS/Facets), MMS, Automic, Control‑M, Python.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and test documentation tools (qTest, Jira, HP ALM, etc.).
- Automation experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Applicants lacking relevant healthcare experience in the targeted applications.
