Sr. Frontend Developer

This position requires someone who is local to St. Louis, MO and willing to work on‑site.

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using React, Type Script, and Vite
• Build and optimize reusable components and front‑end libraries for future use
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into high‑quality, scalable code
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain design consistency across the application
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back‑end engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

• 7+ years building web apps; 4+ years with React and Type Script
• Strong UI engineering with Material UI, modern React (hooks, suspense), and state/data fetching (React Query/Redux)
• Experience building complex forms and file upload flows, including validation and error recovery
• Data visualization and large table performance (virtualization, pagination, query‑driven filters)
• Solid API integration skills (REST, auth tokens, error mapping, retries, backoff)
• Quality mindset:
  Jest/RTL, Playwright/Cypress; performance profiling
• Experience working in a cloud environment

• Designing operator consoles or partner portals in data/ETL contexts
• Real‑time UX (websockets/server‑sent events), notifications
• Experience with Microsoft Entra  / Active Directory, Cloud CDN/Storage hosting, feature flags, analytics/telemetry

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $.
