Starting Salary: $50,000 - $58,000 (Annual Salary)

We are seeking a Therapist I/II School-Based professional to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals who are provisionally or fully licensed in the state of Missouri (LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Location: Parkway School District
- Caseload: Elementary students
- Approach: Evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy
- Focus: Addressing behavioral, social, psychological, emotional, and safety needs that impact academic performance
- Schedule: Year-round position
- Work Style: Hybrid model (in-person and virtual sessions)
- Collaboration: Work closely with families, school staff, and support teams

WHAT YOU WILL BRINGOur ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of relevant experience working with children and the following:
- LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT (provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri)
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- A valid driver s license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
