When water damage hits a home or business, people need help fast. Our Water Restoration Technicians are the ones who show up, take action, and help get things back to normal.
If you like hands‑on work, solving problems, and helping people during stressful situations, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Respond to water damage emergencies at homes and businesses
- Extract standing water and remove damaged materials
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
- Perform demolition when necessary (drywall, flooring, cabinetry)
- Document job progress with photos and notes
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain equipment and keep company vehicles organized
- Reliable and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving equipment, demolition)
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation
- IICRC Water Restoration certification (WRT)
- Experience in restoration, construction, or mitigation work
