Facility Maintenance Technician

• Maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems to include pumps, chillers, AC units, filters, belts, shafts, coils, pneumatic controls, water coolers, ice machines, etc.
• Maintain building plumbing (drains, fixtures, valves, wax rings, fire pumps and sprinkler systems).
• Maintain, repair, and replace door hardware (keys, locks, cylinders, door closures, panic bars, etc.).
• Maintain and repair electrical work carts, flatbed carts, and golf carts.
• Comply and adhere to systems related to monitoring and tracking service requests, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Operate mechanized equipment such as forklifts, JLG high lift, city trucks and snow removal equipment.
• Provide event coverage throughout move-in and move-out of events; including operable wall movements, handling customer requests, etc.
• Perform roof repairs, welding, concrete patching, and wire cage installation.
• Implement changes to the field in the Dome, and perform repairs to the astro-turf.
• Maintain operable wall system.
• Install/remove half house curtains.
• Retract, remove and reinstall fixed and portable bleachers.
• Perform periodic property inspections to troubleshoot safety and security issues. Report any concerns to the Maintenance Lead staff.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Must be able to read and interpret show specifications.
• Required to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

This position is part of the bargaining unit represented by IUOPE Local 148. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Flexibility to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.
