We are seeking knowledgeable, customer‑focused auto, diesel, aircraft, or forklift technicians to join our Crown team. The role involves diagnosing and repairing lift trucks, performing planned maintenance, maintaining a service van and inventory, and completing post‑job paperwork.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks.

• Good mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines, and ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Good written and verbal communication and customer‑care skills.
• Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, or knowledge of various testing equipment preferred.
• Experience with hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder, and various testing equipment.
• Industry‑related training preferred.
• Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow through.
