Skilled Maintenance Technician

Overview

Job Brief: Live! Hospitality is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support operations at Ballpark Village in downtown St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and be fluent in English. Candidates must have relevant commercial maintenance or equivalent trade experience to be considered.

The Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is to ensure all work orders within our commercial spaces are completed in a timely and accurate manner, while also assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with broader maintenance tasks and projects across Ballpark Village.

• Electrical:
  Install, adjust, repair, and replace electrical conduit, wiring, switches, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors, and related systems.
• Appliance & Equipment Repair:
  Handle repair, replacement & preventive maintenance hot water tanks, dishwashers, coolers, freezers, and some cooking equipment.
• Plumbing:
  Perform repair, replacement, and installation of faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing systems throughout commercial venues.
• Complete work orders and repairs efficiently and accurately, based on priority level.
• Perform light landscaping, power washing, and general upkeep of outdoor public areas as needed.
• Train with the potential to step into a Maintenance Supervisor role in the future.

• Minimum one year of commercial maintenance experience, including work with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• HVAC Certification and hands-on experience highly preferred.
• Hands on light construction experience including carpentry, drywall and painting with high level results.
• Must provide own hand tools, some specialty tools may be provided.
