This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Framing Carpenter at Agape Construction Co. Inc., based in St. Louis, MO. The Lead Framing Carpenter will manage and perform hands-on carpentry tasks related to framing and structural work, while overseeing assigned projects and ensuring quality workmanship. Responsibilities include using power and hand tools, adhering to project timelines, collaborating with the construction team, and maintaining safety standards on-site.
The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality craftsmanship.
- Expertise in Carpentry and Framing; proficiency in reading blueprints and executing framing tasks to high standards.
- Proficient use of Power Tools and Hand Tools typically used in construction and carpentry projects.
- Skilled in Finish Carpentry, with attention to detail and ability to deliver precision work on fine details and trim installations.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills to oversee projects and coordinate with team members effectively.
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and ensure safety standards are upheld on-site.
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory carpentry role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
