Maintenance Technician - Central West End - Apartment Included in Compensation Package
Local management company is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician with strong skillset in plumbing and HVAC. 95-unit apartment building in the CWE. Includes furnished studio apartment. Car required and underground parking spot included.
- Competitive pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
- Studio apartment with underground parking included in compensation package
- Paid time off and paid holidays
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of general maintenance experience
- Strong skillset in plumbing and HVAC
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred, college-level/trade school would be helpful
- Driver's license and transportation required
