Tower Technician

The Tower Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures. Daily tasks include the use of hand tools, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and protocols. The role requires physical activity, climbing, and working at heights, as well as collaborating effectively with team members to ensure project completion and quality standards.

• Proficiency in the use of hand tools and ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Experience with wireless networking and related technologies.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting issues.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures in tower work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or specialized training are a plus.
• Previous experience in tower climbing or the telecommunications industry is preferred but not required.
