You’ll independently install, service, and repair commercial overhead doors, gates, industrial doors, and loading dock equipment, ensuring every job is completed with precision and safety. You’ll respond to assignments from our dispatch team, maintain an organized service truck, and take responsibility for representing our company with professionalism. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities to solve problems, work with your hands, and build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and clear communication.
Day-to-DayResponsibilities
- Work independently, or with a small team to install and/or repair a wide range of commercial doors and hang and repair man-doors for our customers around the St. Louis Area.
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
- Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.
- Install quality products and provide professional services for our customers.
- Always operate in a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties.
- 2+ years of experience working with commercial doors.
- 1+ year of experience hanging man doors/pedestrian doors.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- A valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
- 1-3 years of welding and/or electrical experience preferred.
$25-$45 per hour;
Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
