• Prepare surfaces for painting and drywall installation, ensuring a smooth finish.
• Install, repair, and finish drywall, including taping and mudding techniques.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drywall finishing.
• Proficient in various drywall taping methods.
• Hand taping and taping with various tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
• Residential interior taping experience.
• Drywall finishing and taping, including sanding, mudding, and texture application
• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Own reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license is a must.
• Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Courteous and Respectful to clients, their property, and our team.
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Basic hand tools.
