HVAC Commercial Service Technician - Commercial | Up to $43.00 per hour

This position provides service and repairs on commercial heating/cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. • Job Title: Journeyman Commercial HVAC Service Technician
• Location: Fenton & St. Louis Metro Area
• Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
• Compensation: Up to $43.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Service repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Excellent customer service
• Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs

• Valid driver s license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years commercial HVAC service experience
• ST. Louis county Journeyman License, or willingness to obtain once employed
• Boiler maintenance and repair experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Universal Certification
• Work from 28  extension ladder and 12  step ladder
• Understand and communicate benefits of preventive maintenance
• Advanced customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly with commercial customers and coworkers
• Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
• Possesses industry tools needed

• Certification of completion from an HVAC technical school / 2-year degree
• Willingness to continue education in specialty HVAC equipment needed
• Daikin and / or Mitsubishi VRF/VRV Certified
• Chiller Maintenance experience
• Walk-in cooler service and maintenance experience
