Integrated Facility Services (IFS) is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team serving commercial and industrial clients throughout the St. Louis region. • Install, maintain, and repair ventilation, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks and communicate findings promptly.
• Respond to customer questions and provide professional, courteous support.
• Follow all service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Perform emergency repairs efficiently and safely.
• Participate in an after‑hours on‑call rotation.

• Five years of technical training or equivalent HVACR work experience.
• Strong understanding of HVACR systems and industry fundamentals.
• Control system knowledge is beneficial, but not required.
• OSHA 10‑hour Safety Training Certificate (or completion within 12 months of hire).
• Knowledge of safety requirements for high/low‑pressure gases, electricity, and hazardous materials.
• Valid Class E driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Universal technician certification (per 40 CFR part 82, subpart F).
• Ability to lift/carry 80 pounds and climb ladders carrying 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on rooftops and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Punctual, reliable, and strong attendance habits.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to build positive relationships.
